True Justice Care unifies physician-led healthcare, preventive wellness and transparent insurance under one roof — serving 50,000+ patients across the USA from our home in Wilton, Connecticut.
Founded in 2021 in Wilton, Connecticut, True Justice Care was started by a small group of physicians, insurers and practitioners who believed American healthcare had stopped treating people like people. We built the practice we wanted to find.
"We measure success in lives improved, not visits billed."
To make integrated healthcare, wellness and insurance feel like one continuous conversation — not a maze of referrals, denials and surprises.
We pair board-certified clinicians with plain-English insurance guidance, so every patient understands what they're getting, what they're paying, and why.
Every treatment plan we write is grounded in clinical evidence, delivered with empathy, and built around the patient's life — not the schedule.
We invest in prevention, treat only what's needed, and advocate for fair coverage — even when it costs us margin. Long-term trust over short-term revenue.
Eight principles guide every clinical decision, every insurance claim, every patient conversation. They are not slogans — they are the operating system of the practice.
Scroll to see them turn.
Since opening in 2021, we've grown quietly — adding specialties, partners and patients only when we could maintain the standard of care that justified our existence.
We don't compete on marketing budgets or billboard count. We compete on the things patients actually feel: time, attention, clarity, outcomes.
Every clinician you see — primary care, dental, dermatology — works from one shared chart. No repeating your history. No contradicting plans.
New patients are seen within seven days, not seven months. Established patients get 24-hour callback guarantees from their care team.
Every service has a published price. Every insurance estimate is itemized. No surprise bills, ever — it's in our patient charter.
Claims specialists sit beside your clinicians. If a claim is denied, we appeal it — at no cost to you — until it's resolved.
Night, weekend, holiday — you reach a Heal Flow clinician, not a call center. Average pickup time: under four minutes.
Annual wellness visits, advanced screening and lifestyle coaching are built into every plan — not sold as add-ons. We'd rather prevent than treat.
Five steps, designed to remove friction between you and the care you need. No referral limbo, no insurance runaround, no waiting-room purgatory.
We've mapped every step a patient takes with us and removed the bureaucratic detours. The result is a process that feels less like healthcare and more like being known.
"It shouldn't take six phone calls to get one appointment. So we made it take one."
A 45-minute first conversation — not a 12-minute slot. We learn your history, your goals, your concerns. Then we plan.
Your physician builds a personalized plan with clear timelines, costs and expected outcomes. You approve it before any treatment begins.
Our in-house specialists confirm coverage, file pre-authorizations and surface any out-of-pocket costs — in writing — before treatment.
Specialists, primary care, pharmacy and labs operate from one shared record. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing.
Care doesn't end at the prescription. We schedule follow-ups, monitor progress and adjust the plan — for as long as you're with us.
From primary care to hair restoration, every Heal Flow service is delivered by board-certified clinicians and coordinated through a single patient chart.
Primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, chronic disease management and 24/7 telehealth — coordinated around your life, not our schedule.

Real letters from real patients across America. We didn't write them. We just keep them on the wall — and now, on the website.
"After five years of fragmented care, Heal Flow gave me one team that actually talks to each other. My BP is down, my anxiety is managed, my insurance finally makes sense."
Sarah Mitchell
"The hair transplant team was honest about what was possible. Six months later, the results speak for themselves. No upselling, no pressure — just clean medical work."
Michael Rodriguez
"My dermatologist here is the first one who didn't try to sell me a skincare line. She just treated my acne. Three months, cleared. Honest medicine at last."
Jennifer Park
"Lost 47 pounds on their physician-supervised program. What worked wasn't a fad — it was accountability, real coaching, and a doctor who actually checked in."
David Thompson
"The dental team coordinated with my cardiologist — they caught a medication interaction my previous dentist missed for years. This is what integrated care should feel like."
Emily Davis
"When my life insurance claim was contested, Heal Flow's advocate spent three weeks on the phone and got it approved. I never paid a cent extra. That's service."
Robert Anderson
